Vinyasa Flow
Take your practice to the next level with this fast paced, energetic yoga class. This dynamic and challenging class is perfect for those who are looking to deepen their yoga practice or take on a new challenge. Explore advanced poses, inversions, and pranayama techniques under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and join us on the mat!
Vinyasa Slow Flow
Continue on your yoga journey with this beginner friendly or intermediate yogi class. This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or want to deepen their practice. This is a medium paced half vinyasa flow, half yin yoga. Yin style yoga allows the practitioner to sit in each pose for longer periods of time to deepen the stretch and dive deeper inward to the self.
Gentle Rest & Restore
This gentle class is very slow paced and is beginner friendly. This is an intentional movement and alignment focused class that takes a whole body approach to improving physical and mental health. Mindful movements to support an overall well being.
Chakra Series
Chakra Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines physical postures, meditation, and breathwork to help balance your energy centers. Our experienced teachers will guide you through a sequence of poses that will help activate and align your chakras, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and rejuvenated. Each week we will be focusing on a specific chakra.
Barre
Barre workouts are a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training, and ballet. Classes incorporate specific sequencing and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups for a total body workout. These workouts are perfect for all fitness levels. You'll see improvement in your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. The moves are choreographed to upbeat music to help you keep your rhythm and have a great time!
Conscious Movement
Conscious Movement is a 60 minutes all levels yoga flow that focuses on regulating the nervous system and mindfully moving the body.
Full Body Strength
Full Body Strength is a 60 minute full body workout that targets all muscle groups using weights. We will be focusing on proper lifting form while targeting specific muscles.
No yoga. Just weights.
With options to scale it back or push it harder this class is welcoming to all fitness levels and no weight lifting experience is needed.
Clean indoor tennis shoes recommended for this class.
Yoga Strength
Yoga Strength is designed to create a full body workout by combining traditional yoga, light weight lifting, and cardio. This high intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted.
